For us to process and ship off an order, we will need to collect some information about you.  This information should generally include your name, a contact email address, and a mailing address.  Chameleon's Den uses this information to respond to questions and to notify customers regarding the status of their orders.  We do not and will not sell or give this information to any other individual or party, unless required by law.  We do, however, use PayPal's secure services for credit card orders.  They may gather information themselves and have their own Privacy Policy, separate from ours.

Does not apply to buyers on internet auctions IN STOCK ITEMS:
Items currently in stock will be shipped the next business day after we receive your payment. As an exception to this rule, personal checks may be held for 7-10 days to clear before shipping. Multiple item orders will be held and shipped together if one item is in stock.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
When ordering items currently out of stock, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If a case arises where an out of stock item is not in the same or better condition as the item was described, the customer will be informed asap and given the option to accept the new item or get their money back (Less the amount PayPal takes from it if they purchased it via credit card). Feel free to email us at any time with any questions concerning whether an item is still in stock or not or to ask us to hold your item in stock for you. Please note that if an item labeled as In stock becomes out of stock unexpectedly and is purchased, the customer will be immediately informed and given a choice of how to resolve the matter.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Orders will be shipped via First Class shipping in a padded envelope, unless otherwise noted or Priority Mail Shipping is selected on the CheckOut page. Priority Mail and Delivery Confirmation may not be available to all areas, and we will not ship via such in these cases. International buyers are welcome, but please select International Shipping in the CheckOut. All purchases are covered by a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, unless otherwise noted.


Conditions of all items should range from good to mint, unless otherwise specified. For ANY reason whatsoever, the buyer may choose to return items for a full refund less s&h at any time within 30 days of purchase. (Please note that this policy is not applicable where stated on an item description, such as but not limited to factory sealed games) The 30 day satisfaction guarantee will be calculated from the date of shipping unless the shipping includes Delivery Confirmation, under which case it will be calculated from the date of receipt.


Prices are subject to change at any time, without former notice. If price change occurs on an item an individual has already purchased, even if it was not in stock, the price change will not affect that individual. Items may become unavailable without our prior knowledge from some unforseen circumstances. In such a case, a purchaser will be issued a full refund or offered another item of equal value. There is a limit of 1 of each item per customer using our shopping cart. Please contact us to request multiple copies of an item. Also, please email us to buy in bulk (30+ items), and be aware that bulk purchases may take additional time to prepare if not in stock. Chameleon's Den reserves the right to refuse any order and to limit quantities. Cheaper forms of shipping are available, at buyer's request, but we will not be held responsible for items if low class shipping is used, nor will we be responsible for parcels lost in the mail unless the order has Delivery Confirmation.
